April 2021 Product Recalls

A product is recalled when it is deemed unsafe for the consumer market. The Consumer Product Safety Commission was established in 1972 and is an independent agency of the United States Government which seeks to promote the safety of consumer products by addressing “unreasonable risks” of injury, developing uniform safety standards, and conducting research into product-related illness and injury. The Consumer Product Safety Commission posts all product recalls on their website so that consumers may be informed about recalls on a product they own or were thinking about purchasing.
